Blackstone Advanced Technologies ("we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Blackstone Call-In mobile application ("App") collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Who Uses This App

The Blackstone Call-In App is an internal business tool provided exclusively to current employees of Blackstone Advanced Technologies. It is not a public consumer service. Access requires a company-issued PIN.

3. Information We Collect

The App collects only the minimum information necessary to record an employee absence:

• Company PIN – A shared access code that verifies the user is an authorized employee. It is transmitted to our server for validation and is not stored on the device.
• Employee ID – Your company-assigned employee number, used to identify you in the attendance system.
• Employee Name – Retrieved automatically from our internal employee database based on your Employee ID.
• Absence Reason – The reason you select for your absence (e.g., Sick, Late, Vacation, Emergency, Family Leave, Personal Day).
• Department – The department you select within the company.
• Timestamp – The date and time your call-in report was submitted, recorded automatically by the server.
• Submission Source – A label ("app") indicating the report was submitted via mobile app rather than phone or SMS.

We do not collect: location data, device identifiers, contacts, camera or microphone access, biometric data, payment information, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

4. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely for internal HR and attendance management purposes:

• Recording your absence in the company attendance system.
• Displaying your absence on the internal management attendance dashboard.
• Generating internal attendance reports for supervisors and HR personnel.
• Providing you with a confirmation reference number upon successful submission.

Your information is never used for advertising, marketing, or sold to third parties.

5. Data Transmission

All data entered in the App is transmitted over HTTP to our company-hosted API server (accessible at the company LAN address or public IP). We recommend using the App only on trusted networks. A future update will add HTTPS encryption.

6. Data Storage

Submitted absence records are stored in our company's internal database, hosted on company-managed servers on-premises. No data is stored locally on your device beyond the current session.

7. Data Sharing

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with any third-party companies, advertisers, or data brokers. Access is strictly limited to:

• Authorized HR personnel and management within Blackstone Advanced Technologies.
• IT staff responsible for maintaining the attendance system.

8. Data Retention

Absence records are retained in accordance with company HR record-keeping policies and applicable labor regulations. Records are typically retained for the duration of employment plus the legally required period thereafter. You may contact HR to request access to or deletion of your records.

9. Security

Access to the App requires a company PIN. The server validates credentials before accepting any submission. Our internal systems are protected by company network security controls. We take reasonable measures to protect employee data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

10. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for use by adult employees only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. The App is not directed at children.

11. Your Rights

As an employee, you may:

• Access your absence records by contacting HR.
• Request correction of inaccurate records by contacting your supervisor or HR.
• Request deletion of your records where legally permissible by submitting a written request to HR.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
